Real Estate Business development manager

Duties :

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company projects through market analysis , study and networking .
  • Build and strengthen realtionships with existing clients
  • Conduct market analysis to identify the business trends , needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including developers , investors , vendors and industry players to expand the network and enhance services
  • Support sales team to enhance communication and networking
  • Searching for new investment opportunities and evaluating their feasibility and suitability to the company’s interests.
  • Preparing feasibility studies and financial analyzes to evaluate real estate development projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development , Business administration , architecture , Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Business development , Real estate sales in KSA market
  • Strong understanding of the real estate development industry , market dynamics and regulations
  • Excellent communication , negotiation and interpersonal skills
