HR Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures: The HR Operations Manager develops and updates internal policies and procedures for the Human Resources Department and ensures they are implemented effectively
  • Labor Relations Department: Manages relations between management and employees and works to resolve labor disputes and enhance communication and understanding between the two sides.
  • Compliance and Records Management:  ensures that the company adheres to all legal regulations and
    policies and manages employee documents and records accurately and up to date.
  • organizes and coordinates the organization’s critical human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee training and development, labor laws regulation, and oversee recruiting processes
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource  requirements and conducting investigations
  • Represent the organization at hearings when necessary
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
  • Help organization achieve better employee relations

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
At least 5 years of experience as a Human Resources  Manager
Deep understanding of human resources management policies and labor law
Leadership and Communication skills
