Duties :
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company projects through market analysis , study and networking .
- Build and strengthen realtionships with existing clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify the business trends , needs and preferences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including developers , investors , vendors and industry players to expand the network and enhance services
- Support sales team to enhance communication and networking
- Searching for new investment opportunities and evaluating their feasibility and suitability to the company’s interests.
- Preparing feasibility studies and financial analyzes to evaluate real estate development projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development , Business administration , architecture , Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in Real Estate Business development , Real estate sales in KSA market
- Strong understanding of the real estate development industry , market dynamics and regulations
- Excellent communication , negotiation and interpersonal skills
